TX, selects True Automation as its provider of property appraisal
and collections software. Chief Appraiser Ronny Babcock
led product evaluations and selection of software companies. Titus
CAD appraises over 33,000 parcels annually.
June 27,
2006 – Yoakum County Appraisal District, located in Plains,
TX, selects True Automation as its provider of property appraisal
software. Chief Appraiser Saundra Stephens selected True
Automation due to their leadership in Texas appraisal software
as well as their outstanding relationship with Thos. Y. Pickett,
the district’s mineral and commercial appraisal firm. True
Automation and Thos. Y. Pickett signed a joint marketing
agreement earlier this year. Yoakum CAD will deploy True Automation’s
PACS Online hosted appraisal solution.

2006 – Moore County Appraisal District, located in Dumas,
TX, selects True Automation as its provider of property appraisal
software. Chief Appraiser Diane Ball led product evaluations
and selection of software companies. Moore CAD appraises over
12,000 parcels annually
June 22,
2006 – City of Andrews, Texas selects True Automation to
create a Water and Sewer GIS database. Mitch Grant, Director
of Public Works selected True Automation for this mission-critical
project. The geometric network will support the water and sewer
distribution system to provide flow analysis and network connectivity.
June 22,
2006 – Liberty County Appraisal District, located in Liberty,
TX, selects True Automation as its provider of GIS Services. The
contract was awarded via RFP by Chief Appraiser Alan Conner. Liberty
CAD will have a base map of over 70,000 parcels once the project
is complete.

2006 – Ingram ISD Tax Office, located in Ingram, TX, selects
True Automation as its provider of tax collections software. Tax
Assessor-Collector Shelly McPeak and Technology Director Juan
DeLeon led product evaluations and selection of software companies.

software and GIS Services. Chief Appraiser Eddie Carter

2006 - Kaufman County Tax Office, located in Kaufman, TX, selects
True Automation as its provider of tax collections software. Tax
Assessor-Collector Dick Murphy and his staff led product evaluations
and selection of software companies. Kaufman County Tax Office
collects over 110,000 tax bills for over 30 entities annually.

2006 - Edwards County Appraisal District, located in Rocksprings,
TX, selects True Automation as its provider of GIS Services. Chief
Appraiser Joey Pargas selected True Automation to automate their
mapping function in a reappraisal year to ensure accuracy for
the taxpayer. Edwards CAD will have a base map of over 12,000
parcels once the project is complete.
May 12,
2006 - Rockwall Central Appraisal District, located in Rockwall,
TX, selects True Automation as its provider of GIS Services. Ray
Helm, Chief Appraiser, selected True Automation to provide broader
services to the county and more specifically to his eight taxing
jurisdictions. Rockwall CAD will have a base map with over 35,000
parcels once the project is complete.

2006 – Upshur County Appraisal District, located in Gilmer,
TX, selects True Automation as its provider of GIS Services. Chief
Appraiser Sarah Pruit selected True Automation based on industry
experience, depth of services offered, and customer satisfaction
ratings. Upshur CAD will have over 30,000 parcels as part of their
base map once the project is complete.

2006 – Zapata County Appraisal District, located in Zapata,
TX, selects True Automation as its provider of GIS Services. Amada
Gonzalez, Chief Appraiser, selected True Automation based on industry
experience, services offered, and customer satisfaction ratings.
Zapata CAD will have over 30,000 parcels as part of their base
map once the project is complete.
