June 30, 2006 – Titus County Appraisal District, located in Mt. Pleasant, TX, selects True Automation as its provider of property appraisal and collections software. Chief Appraiser Ronny Babcock led product evaluations and selection of software companies. Titus CAD appraises over 33,000 parcels annually.

June 27, 2006 – Yoakum County Appraisal District, located in Plains, TX, selects True Automation as its provider of property appraisal software. Chief Appraiser Saundra Stephens selected True Automation due to their leadership in Texas appraisal software as well as their outstanding relationship with Thos. Y. Pickett, the district’s mineral and commercial appraisal firm. True Automation and Thos. Y. Pickett signed a joint marketing agreement earlier this year. Yoakum CAD will deploy True Automation’s PACS Online hosted appraisal solution.

June 27, 2006 – Moore County Appraisal District, located in Dumas, TX, selects True Automation as its provider of property appraisal software. Chief Appraiser Diane Ball led product evaluations and selection of software companies. Moore CAD appraises over 12,000 parcels annually

June 22, 2006 – City of Andrews, Texas selects True Automation to create a Water and Sewer GIS database. Mitch Grant, Director of Public Works selected True Automation for this mission-critical project. The geometric network will support the water and sewer distribution system to provide flow analysis and network connectivity.

June 22, 2006 – Liberty County Appraisal District, located in Liberty, TX, selects True Automation as its provider of GIS Services. The contract was awarded via RFP by Chief Appraiser Alan Conner. Liberty CAD will have a base map of over 70,000 parcels once the project is complete.

June 12, 2006 – Ingram ISD Tax Office, located in Ingram, TX, selects True Automation as its provider of tax collections software. Tax Assessor-Collector Shelly McPeak and Technology Director Juan DeLeon led product evaluations and selection of software companies.

June 12, 2006 – Moore County Tax Office, located in Dumas, TX, selects True Automation as its provider of tax collections software. Tax Assessor-Collector Nikki McDonald led product evaluations and selection of software companies. Moore County Tax Office collects over 97,000 tax bills annually.

June 12, 2006 – Hunt County Tax Office, located in Greenville, TX, selects True Automation as its provider of tax collections software. Tax Assessor-Collector Barbara Wiggins led product evaluations and selection of software companies. Hunt County Tax Office collects over 195,000 tax bills for 23 entities annually.

May 22, 2006 - Dallam County Appraisal District, located in Dalhart, TX, selects True Automation as its provider of property appraisal software and GIS Services. Chief Appraiser Eddie Carter and his staff led product evaluations and selection of software companies. Dallam CAD appraises over 7,000 parcels each year.

May 22, 2006 - Kaufman County Tax Office, located in Kaufman, TX, selects True Automation as its provider of tax collections software. Tax Assessor-Collector Dick Murphy and his staff led product evaluations and selection of software companies. Kaufman County Tax Office collects over 110,000 tax bills for over 30 entities annually.

May 18, 2006 - Edwards County Appraisal District, located in Rocksprings, TX, selects True Automation as its provider of GIS Services. Chief Appraiser Joey Pargas selected True Automation to automate their mapping function in a reappraisal year to ensure accuracy for the taxpayer. Edwards CAD will have a base map of over 12,000 parcels once the project is complete.

May 12, 2006 - Rockwall Central Appraisal District, located in Rockwall, TX, selects True Automation as its provider of GIS Services. Ray Helm, Chief Appraiser, selected True Automation to provide broader services to the county and more specifically to his eight taxing jurisdictions. Rockwall CAD will have a base map with over 35,000 parcels once the project is complete.

May 10, 2006 – Upshur County Appraisal District, located in Gilmer, TX, selects True Automation as its provider of GIS Services. Chief Appraiser Sarah Pruit selected True Automation based on industry experience, depth of services offered, and customer satisfaction ratings. Upshur CAD will have over 30,000 parcels as part of their base map once the project is complete.

May 9, 2006 – Zapata County Appraisal District, located in Zapata, TX, selects True Automation as its provider of GIS Services. Amada Gonzalez, Chief Appraiser, selected True Automation based on industry experience, services offered, and customer satisfaction ratings. Zapata CAD will have over 30,000 parcels as part of their base map once the project is complete.

April 25, 2006 - True Automation Partners with Thos. Y. Pickett & Company in Joint Marketing Agreement. March 25, 2006 - Jonathan Coco, True Automation, Vice President of Development, Selected as TAAD 2006 Methods & Technology Committee Member. This committee provides advice and support to TAAD’s Conference Committee in planning technology-based sessions for appraisal district personnel. The committee also suggests special projects and shares ideas on technology topics with the industry organization.

March 21, 2006 - Clark County, Washington selects True Automation as its provider of property appraisal and tax collection software. Clark County Assessor's and Treasurer's offices are located at Vancouver, Washington. Clark County Assessor Linda Franklin and Clark County Treasurer Doug Lasher led the product evaluations and selection of software companies. Clark County appraises and collects taxes for over 150,000 parcels each year. Press Release

February 16, 2006 - Deaf Smith County Appraisal District selects True Automation as its provider of property appraisal & collections software. Deaf Smith Appraisal Office is located at Hereford, Texas. Chief Appraiser Danny Jones & Assistant Chief Appraiser Mark Powers led the product evaluations and selection of software companies. Deaf Smith CAD appraises over 12,000 parcels each year.

February 14, 2006 – Colorado County Appraisal District selects True Automation as its provider of GIS Services. Colorado CAD is located at Columbus, Texas. Billy Youens, Chief Appraiser, selected True Automation based on industry experience, services offered, and customer satisfaction ratings. Colorado CAD will have over 20,000 parcels as part of their base map once the project is complete.

January 25, 2006 - Hunt County Appraisal District selects True Automation as its provider of property appraisal software. Hunt Appraisal Office is located at Greenville, Texas. Chief Appraiser, Mildred Compton, led the product evaluations and selection of software companies. Hunt CAD appraises over 65,000 parcels each year.
