December 29, 2008 - True Automation, the leading provider of property appraisal and tax collections software tools, acquired the source code of RapidSketch from Utilant LLC. The RapidSketch capability will now be embedded in the software for True Automation clients that purchase a PACS Appraisal license. Read Press Release.


December 12, 2008 - Brooks CAD selects True Automation as its GIS Services provider.  Brooks CAD selected True Automation based on industry experience and customer satisfaction ratings.  Brooks CAD will have over 7,300 parcels as part of their base map once the project is complete.

November 11, 2008 - Burnet CAD selects True Automation as its GIS Services provider. Burnet CAD selected True Automation based on industry experience, rapid return-on-investment, and customer satisfaction ratings.  Burnet CAD will have over 51,200 parcels as part of their base map once the project is complete.


November 7, 2008 - Angelina CAD selected True Automation as its provider of property appraisal software.provider. Angelina CAD selected True Automation based on industry experience and outstanding product features.  Angelina CAD has over 60,000.

October 31, 2008 - True Automation Ranked Number 20 in Deloitte's Technology Fast 50 Program for Texas. The company attributes new market expansion and superior product features to its 219% percent revenue growth. This is True Automation's sixth time to make the list. Read Press Release.

October 8, 2008 - The Nueces Canyon Consolidated Independent School District (CISD) Tax Office located in Barsksdale, Texas selected True Automation as its provider of property collections software. True Automation’s PACS.Online for Collections was selected due to our leadership in the industry and our superior product features.  They process approximately 7000 bills annually. 

October 8, 2008 - Shelby CAD located in Center, Texas selected True Automation as its provider of property appraisal software. True Automation’s PACS Appraisal was selected due to our leadership in the industry and our superior product features. The District currently has 80,000 parcels.

September 26, 2008 – Pat Evans, Mayor of the City of Plano, proclaimed September 26th as “technology day” in Plano in recognition of local Plano technology businesses receiving the Tech Titan Fast 50 award for 2008. The award is given by the Metroplex Technology Business Council. The Titan Fast 50 Awards Gala recognizes the 50 fastest-growing technology companies in the Dallas/ Fort Worth area.

September 15, 2008 -  El Paso Central Appraisal District located in El Paso, TX selected True Automation’s PACS Appraisal as its appraisal software. El Paso CAD made this decision based on True Automation's track record of successful implementations, depth of product functionality and positive feedback from many current customers. Chief Appraiser, Jerry Griffin and the staff were also impressed by True Automation's 100% Customer Retention Rate.   El Paso appraises over 320,000 parcels.

September 11, 2008 - The City of Jourdantan Tax Office selected True Automation as its provider of property collections software. True Automation's PACS.Online Collections was selected in part due to our leadership in the industry as well as to provide consistency throughout the county following our wins with the Atascosa County Appraisal District and the Atascosa County Tax Office. They collect on 2,469 parcels.

September 8, 2008 - The City of Pleasanton Tax Office selected True Automation as its provider of property collections software. True Automation's PACS.Online Collections was selected in part due to out leadership in the industry as well as provide consistency throughout the county following our wins with the Atascosa County Appraisal District and the Atascosa County Tax Office. They collect on 5,056 parcels.

September 1, 2008 - The City of Lytle Tax Office selected True Automation as its provider of property collections software. True Automation's PACS.Online Collections was selected in part due to our leadership in the industry as well as to provide consistency throughout the county following our wins with the Atascosa County Appraisal District and the Atascosa County Tax Office. They collect on 1,664 parcels.

August 14, 2008 - Charlotte Independent School District, locared in Charlotte, Texas selected True Automation as its provider of property collections software. True Automation's PACS.Online Collections was selected in part due to our leadership in the industry as well as to provide consistency throughout the county following our wins with the Atascosa County Appraisal District and the Atascosa County Tax Office. They collect on 3,940 parcels.

August 14, 2008 - Pleasanton Independent School District, located in Pleasanton, Texas selected True Automation as its provider of property collections software. True Automation's PACS.Online Collections was selected in part due to our leasership in the industry as well as to provide consistency throughout the county following our wins with the Atascosa County Appraisal District and the Atasacosa County Tax Office. They collect on 13,400 parcels.

August 11, 2008 - Brazos County Tax Office, located in Bryan Texas selected Ture Automation as its provider of property collections software. Tax Assessor/Collector Kristeen Roe and her staff selected True Automation's PACS Collections on account of TA's leadership in the industry, experience converting form their existing vendor and integration with the Brazos County Appraisal District which selected TA as their vendor last week. The Brazos County Tax Office collects taxes on over 145,000 parcels annually.

August 7, 2008 - Both the San Juan County Assessor Office and the San Juan Treasurer Office, each located in Friday Harbor, Washington have selected True Automation as their respective provider of property assessment and property tax collection software. Assessor Charles Zalmanek and his staff and Treasurer Jan Sears selected True Automation's PACS on account of True Automation's leadership in the industry, depth of product functionality and positive feedback from many of True Automation's customers. San Juan County assesses over 18,000 parcels.

August 5, 2008 - Brazos County Appraisal District, located in Bryan, Texas selected True Automation as its provider of property appraisal software. Brazos County Appraisal District selected True Automation's PACS Appraisal on account of TA's leadership in the industry, experience converting from their existing vendor and product functionality.

August 1, 2008 - Milam County Tax Office, located in Cameron, Texas selected True Automation as its provider of property tax collections software. Milam Tax selected True Automation's PACS Collections on account of the seamless interoperability with Milam CAD's installation of PACS Appraisal. Milam CAD signed with True Automation in May of this year. Milam Tax sends out almost 83,000 bills annually.

July 15, 2008 – True Automation Partners with Compu-Tech for Seamless, Affordable Data Conversions. True Automation, national provider of property tax collections and assessment software, announced today it has entered into a partnership agreement with Compu-Tech Inc., a software and service provider for the government sector in Washington State. July 9, 2008 The City of Del Rio Tax Office, located in Val Verde County, Texas, selected True Automation as its provider of property collections software.  The City of Del Rio selected True Automation’s PACS Collections based on its track record of successful implementations, depth of product functionality, and positive feedback from many of True Automation’s current customers including the Val Verde County Appraisal District. The City of Del Rio collects taxes on over 15,000 property accounts annually.

June 23, 2008 – Atascosa County Tax Office, located in Jourdanton, TX, selects True Automation as its provider of property collections software. Atascosa County selected True Automation’s PACS Collection based its track record of successful implementations, depth of product functionality, and positive feedback from many of True Automation’s current customers. Atascosa County collects taxes on over 44,000 property accounts annually.

June 20, 2008 – Atascosa County Appraisal District, located in Poteet, TX, selects True Automation as its provider of property appraisal software. Atascosa CAD selected True Automation’s PACS Appraisal based its track record of successful implementations, depth of product functionality, and positive feedback from many of True Automation’s current customers. Atascosa CAD appraises over 44,000 parcels annually.

May 15, 2008 – Milam County Appraisal District, located in Cameron, TX, selects True Automation as its provider of property appraisal software. Milam CAD selected True Automation’s PACS Appraisal and Collections based its track record of successful implementations, depth of product functionality, and positive feedback from many of True Automation’s current customers. Milam CAD appraises over 29,000 parcels annually.

May 2, 2008 – Denton County Appraisal District, located in Denton, TX, selects True Automation as its GIS Services provider.  Denton CAD selected True Automation based on industry experience, rapid return-on-investment, and customer satisfaction ratings.  Denton CAD will have over 236,000 parcels as part of their base map once the project is complete.

April 24, 2008 – Kendall County Appraisal District, located in Boerne, TX, selects True Automation as its GIS Services provider.  Kendall CAD selected True Automation based on industry experience, rapid return-on-investment, and customer satisfaction ratings.  Kendall CAD will have over 30,000 parcels as part of their base map once the project is complete.

April 15, 2008 – True Automation, national provider of property tax collections and assessment software, announced today the signing of a joint marketing and sales agreement with Computer Information Concepts, Inc. (CIC) of Greeley, Colorado. This agreement enables the two companies to market and sell each other’s products in their respective territories. Read the Press Release.

April 14, 2008 –Lavaca County Appraisal District, located in Hallettsville, TX, selects True Automation as its provider of property appraisal and tax collections software. Lavaca CAD selected True Automation’s PACS Appraisal and Collections based its track record of successful implementations, depth of product functionality, and positive feedback from many of True Automation’s current customers. Lavaca CAD appraises over 31,000 parcels and collects over 110,000 tax bills annually.

March 24, 2008 – Gaines County Appraisal District, located in Seminole, TX, selects True Automation as its GIS Services provider. Gaines CAD selected True Automation based on industry experience, rapid return-on-investment, and customer satisfaction ratings. Gaines CAD will have over 12,000 parcels as part of their base map once the project is complete.

January 24, 2008 – Gregg County Appraisal District, located in Longview, TX, selects True Automation as its provider of property appraisal software. Gregg CAD selected True Automation’s PACS Appraisal based its track record of successful implementations, depth of product functionality, and positive feedback from many of True Automation’s current customers. Gregg CAD appraises over 225,000 parcels annually.

January 9, 2008 Kodiak Island Borough, located in Kodiak, AK selects True Automation as its GIS Services provider.  Kodiak Island Borough selected True Automation based on industry experience, rapid return-on-investment, and customer satisfaction ratings.  Kodiak Island Borough will have over 8,500 parcels as part of their base map once the project is complete.

January 8, 2008 – Real County Appraisal District, located in Leakey, TX, selects True Automation as its provider of property appraisal and tax collections software. Real CAD selected True Automation’s PACS Appraisal and Collections based its track record of successful implementations, depth of product functionality, and positive feedback from many of True Automation’s current customers. Real CAD appraises over 8,500 parcels and collects over 25,000 tax bills annually.
