as its provider of property tax collection software. Andrews County
Tax Office is located in Andrews, Texas. Robin Harper, Tax Assessor
Collector, led the product evaluations and selection of software companies.
Andrews County Tax Office collects taxes for over 76,000 parcels.
December 16,
2004 – Liberty County Appraisal District selects True Automation
as its provider of property appraisal software. Liberty CAD
is located at Liberty, Texas. Alan Conner, Chief Appraiser, & staff
led the product evaluations and selection of software companies. Liberty
CAD appraises for over 99,000 parcels.
December 1,
2004 – Dimmit County Appraisal District selects True Automation
as its provider of GIS Services. Dimmit CAD is located at
Carrizo Springs, Texas. Elida Sanchez, Chief Appraiser, selected True
Automation based on industry experience and customer satisfaction ratings.
Dimmit CAD will have over 11,000 parcels as part of their base map
when their project is completed.
November 30,
2004 – Lamb County Appraisal District selects True Automation
as its provider of property appraisal & collection software. Lamb
CAD is located at Littlefield, Texas. Lesa Kloiber, Chief Appraiser,
and Melete White led the product evaluations and selection of software
companies. Lamb CAD appraises for over 20,000 parcels.
November 19,
2004 – Coryell County Appraisal District selects True Automation
as its provider of property appraisal software. Coryell CAD
is located in Gatesville, Texas. Brett McKibben, Chief Appraiser, led
the product evaluations and selection of software companies. Coryell
CAD appraises and collects for over 35,000 parcels.
November 9,
2004 – Andrews County Appraisal District selects True Automation
as its provider of property appraisal and collections software. Andrews
CAD is located in Andrews, Texas. Ron Huckabay, Chief Appraiser,
led the product evaluations and selection of software companies. Andrews
CAD appraises and collects for over 45,000 parcels.
November 2,
2004 – Scurry County Appraisal District selects True Automation
as its provider of property appraisal software. Scurry CAD
is located in Snyder, Texas. Larry Crooks, Chief Appraiser, led the
product evaluations and selection of software companies. Scurry CAD
appraisers over 51,000 parcels.
October 21,
2004 – San Jacinto County Appraisal District selects True Automation
as its provider of property appraisal software. San Jacinto
CAD is located in Coldsprings, Texas. Linda Lewis, Chief Appraiser,
led the product evaluations and selection of software companies.
September 30,
2004 - Bexar CAD Converted to True Automation PACS Appraisal in Record
Implementation Time! In less than six months, PACS Appraisal
was put into production in one of the three largest appraisal districts
in Texas. Bexar County is home to San Antonio, the 8th largest city
in the United States. The district services over 550,000 parcels with
over 140 staff members. True Automation's PACS system was moved into
production this week just in time for the continuation of its ARB hearings.
They utilized the ARB module, hearing over 600 cases, with the PACS
software simplifying every aspect of the process.
September 16,
2004 - True Automation welcomes back Val Verde County Appraisal District! Val
Verde CAD is located in Del Rio, Texas and appraises for over 34,000
parcels.
September 2,
2004 - Edwards County Appraisal District selects True Automation as
its provider of property appraisal and tax collection software. Edwards
CAD is located at Rocksprings, Texas. Jodie Green, Chief Appraiser,
led the product evaluations and selection of software companies. Edwards
CAD appraises and collects for over 12,500 parcels
August 26,
2004 - Wichita County Appraisal District selects True Automation as
its provider of property appraisal software. Wichita County
is located at Wichita Falls, Texas. Eddie Trigg, Chief Appraiser, led
the product evaluations and selection of software companies. Wichita
CAD appraises over 77,000 parcels.
August 20,
2004 - True Automation wins Tech Titan Fast 50 award for second consecutive
year. The fourth annual Tech Titan Awards honor outstanding
technology businesses and individuals in the North Texas area. True
Automation ranked #25 with a 38% revenue increase from 2002 to 2003.
This award makes TA a finalist for the Fast 50 award for the state
of Texas. Results for the Fast 50 award will be announced September
20th.
August 16,
2004 - Cameron Appraisal District (San Benito/Brownsville, TX) selected
True Automation as their GIS services vendor. Cameron CAD
will have over 150,000 parcels as part of their base map.
August 10,
2004 - Brewster County Appraisal District selects True Automation as
its provider of both property appraisal and collections software. Brewster
County, largest in Texas by square acres, sits on the Rio Grande at
Alpine. Betty Joe Rooney, Chief Appraiser, led the product evaluations.
Brewster CAD contains almost 19,000 parcels. Its installation of PACS
Appraisal and PACS Collections is set for first quarter 2005.
June 8, 2004
- Potter County Tax Office (Amarillo) chooses True Automation as their
collections software provider. Potter County's Tax Assessor-Collector
is Robert Miller and they collect taxes for 70,000 parcels. Their installation
of PACS Collections is set for June/July.
April 14, 2004
- True Automation, Inc. was named a Finalist in the Best New Product
or Service category in the second annual American Business Awards.

- Bexar Appraisal District (San Antonio, TX) selected True Automation
as their cama software vendor. Bexar
CAD appraises over 550,000 parcels and has over 170 local users. Installation
is scheduled to take place August/September of 2004.

the Year for 2004. In the capacity of a consultant and reseller
of ESRI products, True Automation is awarded the ESRI Partner of the

as their GIS services vendor. Comal CAD will have over 80,000
parcels as part of their base map that is to be delivered within a
year.

2004 - Kaufman County Appraisal District Elects True Automation as
Property Appraisal Software Vendor of Choice
Jackie Self, chief appraiser and her staff led the product testing, with the
CAD’s Board of Directors approving their product selection on December
16th, 2003. PACS Appraisal is on schedule to be in complete production in April
2004.
